Model/Talent rates are published separately. Rates apply to shooting time only. All usage must be negotiated with Fulcher Agency for rates and conflicts. 

The minimum time for all bookings is two hours.

No consumer products, packages, riser cards, posters, point of purchase, hang tags, billboards, product endorsement, etc. or use of the model's name without prior consent and negotiating with the agency for rates and conflicts.

Day rate must be specified at the time of booking and cannot be changed after the model has arrived at the job. Full day rate must be paid, even if the entire time is not used. Day rates are based on the rate of 6 hours, however, the model/talent is committed to 6-8 hours of work. After 8 hours, overtime is charged at full hourly rates.

Fittings, hair & makeup and travel time will be billed at half rate. 

Time and a half is charged before 8:00am and after 6:00pm or after 8 consecutive hours.

Photographs taken during editorial bookings can only be used in the magazine the model was originally booked for. Any and all other photographs may not be used or sold without the consent of the model and agency.

The type of lingerie must be specified at the time of booking. Non-sheer nightgowns, camisoles, teddies, etc. are charged at regular rate. Bras, panties, pantyhose, bikinis and any sheer lingerie is charged at double rate. 

Less than 24 hours notice, full rate will be charged. 48 - 24 hours notice, half rate will be charged. The agency reserves the right to cancel confirmed bookings with more than 48 hours notice, with no charge.

Must be specified by the client at the time of booking. The first cancellation is no charge. The second cancellation is billed at half the hourly rate for the full booking time. Third and all other cancellations are billed at full rate.

20% agency fee charged on all bookings for print, fashion shows or any modelling work. 15% agency fee for any non-union tv or film work.

Net 30 days. Model/Talent release void until paid. 2% per month on overdue accounts.
